Except you can't pretend. You can't pretend the

You can't pretend the last two years didn't happen and the score is 0. That is called convenient amnesia.
-There is no "they." There is Steve Berman.
-This is not about non-delivery. Steve Berman has flat out lied, multiple times, over the last two years.
-The lies told have financially benefited Steve Berman while misleading shareholders.
-The market cap alluded to is based on numbers that are, like everything else, very likely / proving to be completely misleading.
The "company" has not paid any price. Steve Berman has made out great by selling shares. The Canouses have made a killing. Shareholders have paid dearly by putting faith in the stories Berman was weaving. And, as I discussed in my post, that may very well be the true "business" intent; share selling first, hope to get lucky second.
Sorry, the ends are justified by the means, and the means can't just be forgotten to suit a new narrative or agenda.
By the way, this isn't about "being right." All I am doing is discussing what anyone can plainly observe, and if one is being honest with themselves, the things in plain sight do not add up. Trying to spin many of the unconscionable happenings into some sort of positive or "business growing pain" is disingenuous at best, deluded at worst.
