The point is that all of the other stuff feels like just noise to distract investors. Making new promises when you can't deliver on old ones is dishonest.
Sure I care about the patients, but the best way to get this drug to people who need it in the shortest amount of time is to push forward with the BLA and financing to help the business succeed so we can research new indications. We can keep on coming up with new diseases to treat once we have a commercially approved product that can actually be used by doctors.
