100% correct. Fre Wil is not scared by this neither am I this suspension action does not change the fundamentals of the transaction. in NO way shape or form. This is the job that the SEC does to safeguard investors and we're glad (eehem) they perform that function. If there is a 20% tree shaking following the reinstatement -- so be it -- just weak hands letting go. Everyone else who has been investing can take a stiff drink. This is just some red tape. When the financials are accepted and that is announced it should and hopefully will pull people from off the ledge.
