Yes here is the problem. They get phase 3, but phase 2 started 2 years ago and is not done. https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT03060629

So before they know the results of phase 2 (or even phase 1, still not done), they somehow get to jump to phase 3. Maybe because Fauci is behind it?
