I don't think you re overthinking it. It is in black and white.
I believe the Sept 12 meting will have important announcements. Few tell-tale facts: the last financing was very short-term oriented, NP was not the speaker in last presentation …(as Misiu rightly pointed out), was he preparing something he considers more important ?? (he likes to be out there a lot, successfully or un-successfully)
Something is brewing and I think is +.
