Hey toodles, been a while but hope you're well and all's good!
Below is a link to the SEC's EDGAR filings site where one can look up an actual filing by any company that's SEC reporting (just plug in the company name and what filing you want to see, ie 8-K etc. in box at top).
Since Univec is NOT SEC filing yet, you will not see it on this site. But, once UNVC files and becomes SEC reporting, this is the site to use (you can retrieve 8-Ks, 10-Ks and a number of other official filings by any company):

Btw, nice to see the good doc tweeting from time to time to keep us updated... once we go 'current' on OTCM, hopefully we'll get the news through more recognized PRs and official filings.
