Looking at the 10K i see his position was month-to-month. I'd still be interested in knowing if the plan is for Dr Burger to be the CSO somewhat longer-term or if they are looking for somebody else to be the permanent CSO. Obviously the CSO holds some importance if the company is making sure the position is always filled.
