as if the multi/s didn't *know* that the easiest aspect NR controls is an OTC targets' PPS

it is .. and NR has illegally manipulated IPIX for years

NR would be slightly less *nuts* if NR could do *volume* these days on IPIX that ranged from say 5M~ to 7.5M~ *daily*

NR doesn't because they CANT
