Two things about that statement. First, is that it is obvious that you are not a former shareholder. If you were a former shareholder then you would be chomping at the bit to find out who the new partners were, first available news, so you could call them and trash the company. I know how hard this is for you to understand, but Mr. Berman has only so many hours in a day and would rather not spend his time doing damage control. Perhaps he should be replaced at this point with a CEO that former shareholders and their former stock positions can get behind.
Second, as I have stated in the past, not all news releases are meant for stock trader or stock owner consumption. Think about the distributor or the distributors funding source, or DECN's funding source. Paying close attention to these people are part of a strategic business plan. Paying close attention to every small stockholder, no matter how much they want their individual needs handled, is not good strategic management. All IMO.
Replace Mr. Berman and traders, if they desire, can change everything. Focus totally on stock price is a way forward. A short term way forward as the company withers and dies, but you know.
