Technology and investment company SinglePoint (OTCQB: SING) today announced that its subsidiary, Direct Solar of America, is planning along with GSX International Group and other larger corporations a first of its kind Hemp distribution center. Per the update, Direct Solar will provide all energy solutions to production and distribution centers, as well as energy solutions to independent farmers in the co-op. Direct Solar will also facilitate the selling or assigning of ITCs between the farmers and centers or other third parties. The expansion into hemp represents an opportunity to enter what is projected to be a multi-billion dollar market in just a few short years and, given the current solar tax incentives along with opportunity zone exemptions, there is an enormous potential for overall profit. With this financial incentive, the project is expected to be fully profitable within three to four growing cycles.
