Re: LaundryMoney #7028
LM - My guess is #4 makes sense followed by maybe #5. I recall chatting with Marek about the potential funding and all the emails flying around. I believe Marek. That Marek conversation combined with NP interview comments made me think we would not see another Paulson round. So I picked up more shares at 41 or 42 cents in the open market. I really thought that they would be able to do something else to raise the $10 or $15 million needed to get to January. I have to admit when the latest Paulson round was announced I was pissed off at NP. I had pretty much the same feelings the Law Man, maybe not to the same degree but still feeling misled. So I voted against the comp plan.

My Paulson rep did not mention another CYDY raise when he was trying to get me deeper into something else. So I really thought the dilutive Paulson raises were done. Disappointed.

Despite my frustration I still believe that Marek was telling me the truth. A lot of potential funding options being discussed. My view...NP was not truthful. But I have not gone back to the NP interviews to dissect his exact wording.

#2 Could be in play but unlikely cash outlay in my view. I think next debt due is October 14 notes totaling $1.6 million. $500k of the 1.6 is to Argonne (Klump). I have $100k of that round. Our option to convert at 50 cents. My guess is if the stock does not pop thus the note holders do not convert, they will offer to roll us into something else. If so, I will try to figure out what Klump is going to do then be a good lemming and follow.

#1 and #3 I do not see. I think they can raise more if needed at the current price.

GLTU
