Lately I've done well with sending admin an email using the contact us tab in the help section. Last few times I complained about removed posts, I explained why they were on topic, explained why they didn't break any rules, and asked for a detailed explanation of why it was removed. Tisha answered quickly and reinstated the posts. Idk who is the mad deleter there, but if you corner them with their own rules, your posts will be restored. I had three restored with one email a couple days ago.
