And with the IND, to me it depends on how long RP was working on the protocol and how simply would it be to change from what RP had before to what RP had already decided.
You could use that excuse to work on something forever. If he had it 10 months, then I feel the CEO has the right to demand something be done NOW. If it has been 2 days then no. JMO.
