I’m also interested in why NP told RP not to talk with anyone other than him. Then again not to talk to the patent lawyer. Now, I’m waiting to see if NP can back up any of that with proof, email communications, etc, with the companies reply to the lawsuit. Depending on the response, I will adjust my opinion. If it was just a pissing match, I will be highly disappointed, and they should settle.. my gut right now, just an opinion, 80% NP has it, 20% pissing match. JMO again.
