Craigakess - , trust me I understand , I didn't have to pay extra for a lawyer , in medical malpractice we pay for insurance yearly , if there is legal case against us , insurance taking couple experts to evaluate if we did something wrong , and if we did what % , and then Insurance company making decision when to settle ..
When a doctor is find 100% not guilty by experts , then insurance let you make this decision without paying extra for a lawyer , so yes it was easer on me...

Right now , I don't understand many things what I see Dr Pestel did , or rather didnt do in this 8-9 months , and I am giving my observation and opinion only ...
There IM VERY STRONG opinion could not be any intelligent reason why nothing was done here for that long...!!!!!!!!! Not one reason , one thing we could miss , but all !!!!!

And until proven otherwise I am sticking with it ...)

I know that you are also a shareholder here ...

I know you must wish company all the best , and I cant imagine that you didn't observe that something was wrong with Dr RP timing , at least questionable..

For now we saying our observation , and this is OK...

Company knows more and they will make a final decision what is a best for CYDY.
