Gestalt2: Truth is a defense to libel and slander. Plus, to file a countersuit is VERY costly and VERY time consuming. I think CYDY has bigger fish to fry in the coming months and would probably be happy seeking and receiving a dismissal of the case, with prejudice. As with most lawsuits, it will probably settle so that both sides can move on.
