Newly Introduced Disinfection System Reduces Hospital-Based Infections

In the United States, according to research by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, approximately 1.7 million hospital-acquired infections, including bacteria, viruses, and fungi, cause nearly 99,000 deaths each year. The financial loss of infections is estimated to exceed $ 120 billion annually. Since many types of infections are resistant to antimicrobial drugs, this makes treatment difficult and expensive.
