You may have fear from third world countries, but not from Russia or China! All it would take would be a single Russian sub to end that threat! We have a conflict against Russia with conventional forces, a Russian General starts to lose that battle and they will quickly go to plan B, a tactical nuke and then "Dr. Strangelove" or "Fail Safe" kicks in.

Our countries biggest threat has always been Russia and that has not changed! The threat from rag-heads is just a sideshow, they can not hit us with 20,000 nukes, Russia can!
