Looks like the several top traders of $OTTV have been ensuring they have at least 500K > 1.5M in batches in the .0081 > .0110 range before starting to run it up to .0200+ starting on Tuesday.
Don't be without a few 100K/200K lots in that range before the close [if interested] - could easily be multiple updates over the weekend and / or a PR / Form 8-K on Tuesday.
I you're a "just-in-time" loader, watch for any large 250K/500K/1M hail mary buys set across several asks to the upside taking out several people and starting a surge up which will have former sideline sitters chasing - as seen .0125 >.0245 a few days ago.
