According to the proxy there were 205,620.200 common shares outstanding as of 8/8/19 of which 39,005,084 were owned by officers and directors and another 15,043,286 were owned by 5% stockholders leaving a total of 151,571,820 to be owned by investors.
The shareholder list of those entitled to vote at the special meeting will be available at the executive office on 9/9/19 through the meeting adjournment between the hours of 9-5,
I wonder how many folks there are that own just under the 5% reporting requirement?
