IMO this could be the beginning of a whole new run that COULD dwarf the 2017 run. I was told it would be a good sign if we started to see higher volume of shares traded daily - if info about testing started to get out. Tomorrow should be a light trading day.
I still believe the "technical testing" of the APPs would/could/should will be easy and done quickly. I believe the more difficult analysis is how to offer the APPs and the pricing and assimilation into existing car fleets and new/used cars sold in the future. Since we know that annual Insurance claims/liabilities are in the $Billions, we should be confident that "they" will work it out.
