I would recommend everyone vote on #4 to evaluate salary annually. This is what the BOD recommends also, but the vote is required every so many years. I feel shareholders should get to vote every year on this.

Stockholders may indicate whether they would prefer an advisory vote on named executive officer compensation once every one, two or three years.
