I’m not that disappointed about NP to have him removed. I do feel he has accomplished a lot with limited means.
He does have shortcomings though (but who hasn’t?).
He’s overpaid because of the bonuses, but that’s not NP specific.
I feel a company should pay none or only very limited bonuses if shareholders did not benefit by ways of a share price increase.
Regarding the dilutive financing. I do think non dilutive financing is just around the corner or there were opps to get them. But the conditions were probably not good enough (yet). In that regard it may be in our best interest NP breaking his “promise”.
Also do we really prefer him to say out loud that there is a high probability of dilutive financing (if that is the case)?
I’m not so sure as the share price might have nosedived.
You may think of it what you like but I believe that ultimately the current shareholders are better of if the “dream” of non dilutive financing is kept alive and do -if necessary- small dilutive raises.
