as a follow-up to my last post, someone pointed out on another board-that the latest pctl has been is 15 days over the date due on a filing(i think it was a 10k-they also have been late on 10Q's--

ok, today is 14th day past due, tommorrow is 15th day...

imo-friday, aug. 30th is a good day to do the filings-- and let people peruse them over the long weekend...all in my opinion, of course...
