The Rewardstream/Euromed deal has special financin

The Rewardstream/Euromed deal has special financing related to but separate from the actual transaction. They were raising money through a private placement offering.It's the financing that required the four month and a day hold. I would think it highly unlikely we would encounter the same issue.
