NITE is usually retail. Many of my brokers use them. NITE though has sold a lot of shares with recent offerings. So I got to thinking last year, how does NITE have that many shares to sell. After some research, I found you can sell directly from the TA, so the TA might route through NITE. Most time it is retail, but if it is lots of selling, more than one shareholder would have, probably that. I have been busy lately though, so I don't know how much nite has been selling. the note holders use cfgn, gstm, maxm, among others.
