This is a very serious situation and could be dire. The well-being of CYDY is at stake if it’s proven some malfeasance or subterfuge occurred. That concerns me... and should concern everyone.
I 100% disagree with your statement here. The lawsuit has nothing to do with the efficacy of Leronlimab, the BLA submission, etc. The lawsuit is related to RPs removal and whether it was for cause or not and involves cash and stock. If RP wins the lawsuit, he gets cash and stock, neither of which would cause the company to fail.
