take profit,agree with you, mostly. We have made great advances in medicine, but we can take charge of our own help about 90% of the time. Eating properly, IMO, is most of it. Instead of a Big Mac for lunch, how about an apple or orange and a handful of nuts with a fruit juice. I was always active in my younger days-avid jogger, golfer, fisherman, floated rivers in a canoe, now I am pretty dormant. I think a cold beer or glass of wine at night is beneficial. Just be smart. Taking certain vitamins will help, and certainly your CBD oil.
