I have a Question hopefully someone can thoroughly answer.
Can someone please explain the differences in the effect of Leronlimab vs Selzentry (Maraviroc), besides that of a longer half-life in the former. Obviously, Leronlimab is a monoclonal antibody base. How do their potency relate? The selectivity of each?
