Would like to see when someone gives a thumbs up o

Would like to see when someone gives a thumbs up or down their moniker is required and they have to give a reason for that review.

This is a discussion board and that is how discussions begin.

If the original poster didn't want to respond to the reasoning, they could just put "no comment" so as not to start food fights. They also would most likely not respond to anyone agreeing with their post.
