mikey can correct me if I am wrong, but looked up requirements for listing on Canadian Stock Exchange-company must have a minimum of 150 shareholders. No way Euromed Theraputics has that many, so either we merge with Euro then list, or we list first then do a merger. Either way suits me-lets just do it Doc.
