About the RS from my foxhole: Mr. Kay has been clear on this in the past and I believe him. I met with him at he last shareholder meeting and I felt his honesty and integrity was very strong and one of the main reasons I decided to remain a shareholder. Anyway, I think he would only consider a RS if he could do it from a position of strength, to perhaps get us to a higher level exchange I think he would only take such an action if it would benefit the SFOR Shareholder Family - of which he and the SFOR board are a part of as well.
As I said, this just my perspective. I do wish all the best to all the SFOR Shareholders.
