No, THE problem is that you can't read and comprehend plain English. The gun laws are too fucking weak in the States around Chicago

The problem is the Laws in place the in GOP governed States mentioned make guns too easily available to those who shouldn't have them and too easily transportable to where they can cause the most harm.
