For all fellow $SFOR stock holders and even those who like to troll.... In the handful of times I have emailed Mr. Kay he has been nothing but honest and upfront with his replies to me. I have asked, I believe, some difficult questions and his response was always forthcoming as much as the law allows. From lawsuits to ACS to publicity, even talking about our channel partners Mr Kay HAS ALWAYS graciously responded with a quick response. As a CEO for him to even take those emails, read them, and write his own response says a lot! Integrity, courage, and the choice to be as transparent as possible.
Those who choose to bash Mr Kay with name calling are most likely just not hearing what you want so you choose to try and discredit him. Since 2016 I have invested a good chunk of money just as there are those who invested less and many with a lot more- but the key is WE invested in $SFOR- a volatile Penny Stock with double digit swings as a common occurrence. Therefore, WE are mainly responsible for losses, because there have been countless time to make the money back but we stick it out for the long term.
Unfortunately, as of this February the court system failed $SFOR, Mark, Ram, George, and US! Mark and our lawyers, I believe, never saw that type of ruling, so fast to go against us. From there it has spun out of control something Mark and Co have NOTHING to do with-they can not control MM and note holders who want and need to get paid. BUT Mark has started to come through on his talk of deals as our last Q showed. (Oh wait Mark predicted that!! shocking!)
He continues to keep this $SFOR boat afloat because of his belief and inside knowledge of what is happening that cannot be spoken of at this time. Yes, our OS is slowly creeping up and up but it’s either watch it rise and Mark keep the lights on until the monies he speaks of comes in-OR we just encourage him to just close up shop and we all lose-BIG!!
I for one do not like the SP to be where we are at, I do not like that the OS is rising, further diluting our stock, I do not like the rulings handed down by multiple courts, I do not like the fact that our channel partners have the upper hand and can avoid using our name but still use our product, I do not like that countless companies have infringed on our product.... I could go on and on and on but the truth is I nor Mark has no control of things that have taken place. We-$SFOR - have to just plug the holes in our boat the best we can until we finally come ashore. Mark and Co are trying to keep us in the game!!!! Let him do his job.. give the man a little credit, give him some time to right the ship snifter a deadly blow this year. This will take time, time I will be sticking out. I believe in $SFOR, I believe in Mark and Company, while I may one gullible SOB, this is my choice. EVERYONE has the same choice to ride or die- buy, hold , or sell. Make your choice but bashing Mr. Kay will not magically make you a millionaire-on the contrary, it puts falsehoods out there about our CEO and that helps no one!!!
For those with questions? email Mark, be polite, and don’t expect to hear everything you want. Be realistic here and you will see he is doing what he can to make us all succeed!
Sorry about the rant, but this is all my opinion. While I have never met the man in person, our correspondence has always been met with mutual respect and for the betterment of $SFOR!!
