They will look at the management of the company (and how they have conducted business). They will look at how they have managed. They will look at the BoD and how they have managed the companies interests for the shareholders (or not). They will look at the relationship of the BoD's to the management and the company. They will look at how management has kept up on reporting and filings. I see a tuff time of getting any institutions to invest in NNLX (we're NOT talking about the product). You may get some investments from Doctor friends of the Faro's, but institutions will take a far more clinical (no pun intended) view when doing DD. Institutions don't have any emotional attachment to companies. Just dollars and profit.
BB, may have to answer a lot of questions from institutions before they will invest. Such as lack of filings, BoD elections, who the BoD are, what relationship they have to BB, tax issues, shareholder issues. Just for your information.
