So I have gotten a number of private messages. One reminded me of the use of shares to make purchases/loans going back a few years. I admit to having been concentrating on the recent acquisitions which we know are restricted. What about Emmaus, Berkman and his partners and probably others who have been waiting a while to profit from their investment. Some of these folks probably were not able to participate in getting dividends. So maybe we really aren't under attack(although that is the way it feels) as much as some are doing what we expect to be doing ourselves. Profiting from our investment.

Having said that, we know what is at stake with the $2 level.
