Let me take a moment and explain something to you

Mr. Berman has designed and created a multi-billion $$ product depending upon who gets to distribute it. But the buyers in the market are not dumb. They are also opportunists.
Now what makes GenUltimate TBG a potential big winner, a once in a decade product? Two reasons.
1. it solves a technological/older product problem in the market as everyone investing these days in the space turns to CGM --- a late in product life cycle technology improvement that companies would otherwise not undertake
2. the product is available September 3, which means immediately
That is what interests buyers... an immediately available massive technology improvement -- buy it, put the basic product in the box and then sell it.
But technology buyers like the legacy system manufacturer or someone looking to enter the market for real real cheap, will wait because the creator of the product, the seller, has no money and has been telling its shareholders and interested parties of this issue since the very beginning of 2019.
So, because the product can be available immediately today, or in November, or next January or whatever, why buy today at Berman's current price, wait for the company to go under or at least when a big discount opportunity arises, and buy it then.
And what are the company's NOBO shareholders doing, well they don't care about once in a decade (or 2 decades) product, they care only about share price, except for those who care only about share price and Mr. Berman's personal demise.
The company's NOBO shareholders are treating this like a Las Vegas gambler who has lost 80% of his stake. He puts one chip in his pocket for a nice dinner, and throws what's left on the table and tells the dealer or croupier -- here take it, it is yours anyway.
Time for a know it all, know it everything message board poster to come in and take over the company and make us all rich. A trained monkey could do that.
