You are talking about past hurdles. You ride a dea

I believe that the company has the right ideas now. I am also sure they will never get credit from a handful of people who post hurtful things on three message boards.
The company's biggest hurdle now is money. They have none.
I want to tell you a little story. About a month ago I met KB in New York. I usually meet for lunch in mid-town east because these days I am a working man. This time KB had a 1.00 pm meeting so we couldn't have lunch and so we agreed to meet at the offices of one of the company's larger investors. KB was there trying to raise capital but that day he was running a little late. I know the finance guy because he used to fund my M&A projects with my former employer. So we exchanged pleasantries and talked a little about the Yankees.
And then the finance guy asked me if the things written about KB on the stock message boards are true. Is he a criminal, is he wanted by the police, is he taking a salary when his filings say he is not? Is the company lying about the J&J lawsuit. Did KB's wife convert money from the company? Is KB really taking the money invested and developing products or is he putting the money raised in his pocket.
The big lie has always worked throughout history. This guy, who had invested $4.5 million into DECN has not invested since our impromptu meeting. Message board posters are most likely going to win this battle and finish the company. When you raise money in New York, and have done this for years, word travels fast.
I recently wrote on another message board that small institutions do read message boards as a part of their Due Diligence because there is so little other research. Who in their right minds would invest in DECN when KB is portrayed sometimes 15-20 times a day as a crook and a loser by what amounts to as a handful of people posting on three message boards, posting under different posting handles, who just make things up because for the most part they themselves take no personal responsibility for their investments and/or past investments. One basher on iHub has not been a dECN stock holder since 2005. Many of these people today claim to own no stock. And most posters who post to learn things or for communications with other posters, do not take these bashers on. These bashers are believed by third parties because they are obsessive and relentless. And it doesn't help when people who should know better become "stock price is the only thing sort of guys."
I have stated over and over that if the bashers are not trying to hurt the company, just KB, then one of them (or more) should step up and take over the company they claim not to hate. It is now impossible to replace KB at this point because any replacement would already be gainfully employed at a similar or competitive company, and who wants to leave that type of job and take one where the hate can be cut with a knife. I still believe a message board poster should come in and take over the company.
