He may have risked his reputation, but not his life work. He owns more than 20 million CYDY shares which he got in exchange for his life’s work, the prognostic test and CCR5 rights. Those shares are going to make him a very, very wealthy man over the next couple of years. If leronlimab is approved for monotherapy and shows efficacy in cancer, RP has the chance to be a billionaire. Even at a lower valuation that only includes combo, he will make tens of millions of dollars, if not hundreds of millions.
Note that no where in the lawsuit filing does RP or the law firm doubt leronlimab. Not once is it’s efficacy questioned, nor the prognostic test. RP knows what he is invested in and does not want to disrupt that, but he does want to maintain his reputation and get some compensation he believes he is owed. I don’t remember if the lawsuit is attempting to get him those 8 million shares, but if it is, that further proves his support of leronlimab.
