Israeli company Eurocann Agritech Ltd merged with Rewardstream. The name Rewardstream NA was sold to Buyapowa for $150,000 Canadian dollars. The new entity of Euromed Therapeutics will list on the CSE sometime this September as per CEO Patrick Morris who has conveyed this information to several longs on this board.
Univec Conglomerate will soon have access to one of only nine grow licenses in Israel, one of only three countries that allow exportation of cannabis. The company has a catalogue of over 30 CBD medications and other healthcare products. The grow will be expanding monthly with new green houses. The company already has a warehouse in Portugal. This is like having our own Amazon warehouse full of CBD meds to supply much of the EU with. The Israeli, EU and Canadian markets are going to be more lucrative than the current US market with its over regulation by the useless FDA and federal government. We are in a prime position!
