Hi, Terry! Apon reading your post here, all of the sudden my memory brought up what may very well be one of the few good solutions, if not the only(?) solution, to the challenge that you mentioned at the end of your post. We've heard about it from time to time on the liehub KMAG forum since about early may, and God only knows how many times that I reminded our forum there in the following way: Well, time for another loving & gentle reminder from chessplaya!'' And then I would always post the following info, or something very much like it. What is truer now than has ever been before today, is, and just as lowman has suggested may be closer to being true than it has ever been before, the which is that for the FIRST TIME EVER, the greatest or even the most part of the A/S &/or freely floating shares JUST MIGHT BE IN THE HANDS OF THE TRUE KMAG LONGS WHO ARE TIGHTLY HOLDING ON TO THEM, THE WHICH INCLUDES THE 240 MILLION+ SHARES THAT ARE BEING TIGHTLY HELD BY OUR 'CAPITAN, JR, and how that we are, many or most of us, waiting for higher & much higher prices!!! I now submit, via this older liehub KMAG post, what may very well be our only true hope for higher prices, and seems to be what is happening! witness the way that the price has been holding while on the greys: NO ONE WANTS TO SELL CHEAPLY! AND AS SMOKE_EM MENTIONED THE OTHER DAY, NOT EVEN AT .008, WHEN IT COASTED HORIZONTALLY THERE FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES. As both lowman & smoke_em & several others have said: this is a sure psychological sign THAT THE PEEPS ARE HOLDING OUT FOR HIGHER PRICES, AND HOPEFULLY FOR MUCH HIGHER PRICES, the which could very well cause a legendary FLAG POLE TYPE MOASS TO HAPPEN!!! GLORY! THAT FORMER POST NOW FOLLOWS: (ps: please notice in the red color below the date that I posted the post):

OUR MOST CERTAIN ''SHARE PRICE INCREASE'' WINNING FORMULA: FLOAT LOCK-UP!!! In order for this plan to work, all ''true longs'' must hold on to our shares, for there is simply no other way or plan that will work ''FOR THE LONG HAUL''!!!
Float = ~550 + - mil WE MUST CONTINUE TO GET THIS DOWN TO NEAR A 100 MILLY SHARES OR LESS! IT'S THE ONLY WAY!
board members = 554 (current)
let's say at the very least 250 are truly vested here. If we can manage to avg. a position of 1.5 million each... which at these prices is very DOable... that puts us in total control of 375 mil shares... w/ only 175 mil left to play.. let's assume Jeff can possibly buy 50 mill and roughly 125 mill are left to be traded daily.... we would skyrocket if we can hold it long enough to get up to QX listing and trust me once we hit .10 Dollar comes very easy if not multiple dollars.... we can do this if we act together... and hold strong... MMs act together other groups flip together why not.. HOLD TOGETHER and TAKE CONTROL...!!
PLEASE NOTE: THE ABOVE MENTIONED SHARE STRUCTURE HAS GREATLY CHANGED IN OUR FAVOR SINCE THAT POST WAS FIRST POSTED
