It is amazing how little Dr Pestell accomplished and how quickly these programs got moving after his departure. I really hope attention will be on these results and not this lawsuit. It could be that once significant progress is made it will really show how much Dr Pestell held up progress and anger will be directed at him rather than the company. It is clear that dr Pestell knows he does not have a strong case because of what he is asking for, almost seems like he does not want this to be a big deal either. It mostly looks like he is trying to spin this to remove any blemishes on his resume. If you google his background it looks impressive, however there are holes in the story with no info which makes me think he actively manages his reputation online. There is a complete lack of any mention of his first wife and divorce for example. I’m sure having a for cause removal is not what he wants. I’m sure he is not interested in ruining cytodyn, it would ruin his own investment and end his life’s work in a terrible way. I do wonder if this could have been handled in a better way, the big question I have is if the board does decide to take bake a big chunk of his shares. Seems that if the lawsuit goes far enough that the issue will need to be addressed. How can they fire him but not take the shares back? It seems they are contradicting themselves. It is not the actual shares that matter, it’s that the firing must not have been built on much if they done take them back.

Either way, it is so nice to have this board to discuss the situation, the other board is just a thunder dome of trash, as predicted!
