I think I have a possible solution for raising the 3 million dollars.
Brett and Dr. Faro have stated that the Doctors that have heard Faro's presentations have been very impressed.
They have had or will have a first hand glimpse of the technology.
Doctors are always looking for investment opportunities and 3-5 % of a 20 billion dollar market that they can relate to should be enticing.
Also since Brett has always said he wants to rush this to the market to save lives, what better way than to bring doctors in as partners. Maybe even give them a better percentage.
I also think it would be easier for Faro to find this initial investment than Brett at this point in time.
30 doctors at $100,000
I think Faro has a video of his presentation, if not make one and then after you have a few on board then they can pass it on to their friends.
Obviously more money per doctor would mean less investors needed.
