Wow, some before private info is now public with the lawsuit including the investment bank and potential prostegene partners is named in this lawsuit.
Short version to me after quick scan, correct me if wrong, something happened before July 1 causing NP to tell RP to not contact anyone other than him in his work. RP said this limited his ability, which of course it did, but what justification did that happen might be the deciding factor. RP might have a case in retribution for preclinical trial cost, which he initiated, and already started before he was told they had cancelled it. Lots of lawyers here, once read, interested in opinions.
Really, to me this is a side show now, not critical with leronlimab or HIV.
