Mary, we’ve played some winners together and we

Here’s my issue:
Let’s say you’re going hiking and the locals tell you that there are hungry grizzly bears in the forest. As you walk, you don’t see any bears. Do they exist? All you know is “they” SAY they are there.
Let’s say you continue walking and see large piles of crap. Then a mauled, half-eaten deer carcass. Then a flock of birds fly from the brush and you hear a loud grunt. You still don’t see any bear. But do you think it exists?
We are TOLD that there are millions of dollars in revenue. We are told that profits are increasing, EVERY QUARTER, for two years now!! We are told that there are buyout discussions. We are told the product is selling. We are told there are commercials and the interest from huge corporations has never been higher. Yet, we can’t find a single shred of circumstantial evidence anywhere.
Don’t you think that’s a bit peculiar? Look at what we’ve been told is happening with the revenue and look at how much of it can be proven.
Someone with millions in revenue doesn’t put out a tweet saying they are sending out a thousand flyers... That’s the thought process of someone who’s scraping pennies from behind the couch seats. Someone making record profits EVERY quarter doesn’t say there’s a commercial on public tv and then refuse to give a link to the shareholders so they can view it.
You say there are revenues. I’m saying there are no SIGNS of said revenue anywhere.
Respectfully, I disagree with your assessment and defense of Steve. The guy IS a complete idiot. Like you, I have a sizable position in this thing and still long. Also like you, the ONLY reason it’s still there is because it’s too big of a loss to sell. I’m not still in this because I believe the company has some life saving product and want to sing kumbayah while the children are saved. Like you, I’m closing the entire position as soon as it gets pumped again and the loss (or small gain) can be tolerated. There are better pastures to play in and I’m sure we’ll play in them but this has been a disaster. And the sad part is - it didn’t have to be. Steve, singlehandedly, wrecked it. We’ve wasted a whole lot of time on this company.
I’d certainly like to believe your take on it all. It’s nice to believe in hope. But I took the rose colored glasses off awhile ago and things don’t look so rosy. I’m 100% sure you did too. Maybe I should put them back on and pretend?
