Chemdeps, it is very possible that Leo is close to finalizing a B-OM partnership that has been negotiated with the Big Pharma partner taking over fiduciary responsibilities for the remaining B-OM development and trial costs. (similar to the Alfasigma deal for B-IBD UP/UPS except larger numbers) If this scenario is happening why would IPIX fund to start a B-OM phase 3 out of pocket when a new partner is going to take it to the finish line? An analogy is that you had a medical procedure and the bill is $100k. You have $100k in the bank but insurance hasn’t kicked in yet and expectations are that insurance will cover the majority. Do you pay your bill out of pocket now or wait a month?
