Patients are right , problem is that the most safe medicine might produce serious side effect .,And then side effect continue for as long as medicine is active in the system ..
if liver start to show problem , even when medicine is stoped , damage will be progressing for the next one or two months , until medicine is active , like with this long active monthly injection for HIV.
Actually I will probably not take any medicine which need to be taken every couple months ., tabl or injection it is not matter ...
I will be little worry .,,
But I am a very careful person , with my patients , my family and myself ...
