Lithium-focused exploration company Standard Lithium (TSX.V: SLL) (FRA: S5L) (OTCQX: STLHF) this morning announced completion of the fabrication of phases 1 and 2 of the company’s “LiSTR” direct lithium extraction demonstration plant. According to the update, initial modules are currently being transported to the project location/site at Lanxess’ South Plant facility in southern Arkansas. Standard Lithium also confirmed that all site construction works are on-schedule, as well as completion of the concrete slab and foundations required to locate the demonstration plant. “The Standard Lithium team and our partners continue to execute on our strategic plan to timely advance our project in Southern Arkansas,” Standard Lithium President and COO Dr Andy Robinson said in the news release. “Over 2 years of disciplined process design and engineering work has brought us to this point, and we look forward to announcing more real milestone completions in the near-future.”
