"Corrective action" may mean amended wording on a new contract to get rid of loopholes after protests that were dismissed.
In any event, $TMPS remains the #2 owner of contracted out military tanker aircraft and they will get used by someone.
Also don't forget the review by the USAF on future needs and the conglomerates looking to scoop up all available smaller operators for that.
