IMO , for every patient especially with chronic disease , side effects are before IM or SC , even that SC is much less complicated , but the side effects make poorer quality of life , shorter life or even dead .

And my observation also the same, HIV positive patients on average are better educated in their disease , and they do follow better , progress in new treatments...
